Hydro-Probe
The Hydro-Probe is a rugged, digital, microwave sensor designed to measure moisture in flowing materials. It is installed in bins (silos), chutes and conveyor or feed belts, the sensor is positioned into the flow of material.
Sensors for different application/materials:
Hydro-Probe – sand, stone and other aggregates
Hydro-Probe XT – animal feed, grain, biomass, organic material and agricultural material
Hydro-Probe BX – sugar, liquids, dissolved solids, powdered products, paints, pharmaceutical powders.
Hydro-Mix
The Hydro-Mx is a rugged, flush mounted microwave moisture measurement sensor for mixers and conveyors in process control enviroments. Designed by Hydronix to be fitted flush within a mixer, screw conveyor (auger) or in a chute. For conveyor belt applications, the Hydro-Mix sensor is installed using the Hydro-Skid pantograph arm enabling the sensor to ride ovr the surface of the flowing material.

Hydro-Mix –Â cooncrete, sand, stone and other aggregates
Hydro-Mix XT – animal feed, grain, biomass, organic material and gricultural material
Hydro-Mix XT-EX – sensor certified for use in Atex IECEx, Nec/CSA Explosive Atmosphere (Dust), suitable for Zone 20 process enviroments, Zone 21 external to process.

– food safe sensor compliant to EN 1935/2004 requirements
– food for human consumption
Hydro-Mix HTÂ
– High tempature sensor for operating temperature range of up to 120ºC

– high temperature sensor for operating temperatur range of up 120ºC, certified for use in ATEX, IECEx and NEC/CSA Explosive Atmosphere (Dust), suitable for Zone 20 process enviroments.

Hydro-View 5
10.1″ Touch screen interface to view data and manage Hydronix sensors. The Hydro-View enables networks of Hydronix sensors to be made accessible from major control systems. The Hydro-View also contains a web server interface which provides access to the calibration and configuration of both new and existing Hydronix installations.
