Ho Yau Kong (Kevin)
Founder, Rinnk Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
With over 25 years of experience in the concrete and industrial systems industry, Ho Yau Kong (Kevin) is the Founder of Rinnk Solutions. He brings extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise across automation, systems integration, and industrial technology.
Kevin co-developed an automated concrete batching system and has extensive hands-on experience supporting the software and hardware used in concrete batching plants. He also co-developed back-office solutions for the concrete industry, including invoicing and purchase order systems, further deepening his expertise in integrating technology into daily business operations.
Today, his experience enhances Rinnk Solutions’ capabilities across industrial weighing, calibration and verification, engineering and automation, instrumentation, and IIoT solutions.
His focus remains on delivering practical, reliable solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, connectivity, and long-term operational performance.
Rachel Elaine Baptist
Director, Rinnk Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, counseling, workplace well-being, and community empowerment. As a Director at Rinnk Solutions, she provides strategic leadership and helps develop coaching, workplace, life skills, and leadership programs that help individuals and organizations grow. A Certified PEAKS Psychometric Coach, HRDC Accredited Trainer, and TVET Trainer, Rachel combines a deep understanding of people with practical organizational experience to support stronger leaders, teams, and workplace cultures.
Aaron Zackary Kow Wee Keat
Operation Manager, Rinnk Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Aaron oversees Rinnk Solutions’ day-to-day operations, helping ensure the company’s people, processes, and resources work together effectively. With experience across operations management, technical services, administration, and plant operations, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to operational efficiency and business support. Having previously served as Rinnk’s Technical Lead, Aaron combines technical expertise with operational leadership, enabling him to coordinate workflows, support teams, and strengthen the systems that underpin Rinnk’s service deliver.
